1. How do I place an order?

There are 2 ways to place your order:

1. Shopping cart

You may just add your desired items into the shopping cart and it will then lead you to our checkout page (by Paypal)
You may then choose if you want to continue shopping or you would like to proceed to checkout.
Take note: if you are using the shopping cart, payment method will be by
VISA/MASTER/CreditCard/DebitCard/Paypal

2. Order form

For customers who do not have a Paypal account, Debit or Credit cards and wish to pay by ibanking transfer or ATM bank transfer, kindly fill in the order form.

Once you have submitted your order form, kindly keep a lookout for our email within the next 24 hours.

 

2. Do I need a Paypal account to use the shopping cart?

No, you may still use the shopping cart even if you do not have a Paypal account.
After checking out Paypal will ask if you have a Paypal account with them. If you have a Paypal account, you may sign in your Paypal account now, if you do not have a Paypal account, you may click to select that you do not have a Paypal account.
Paypal will then link you to another page, you may then pay for your purchases by VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS or major credit cards and debit cards.

3.Will my information be kept private?

Gloria-licious will have no information relating to your credit card details except your mailing address.
PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.
When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with Gloria-licious.

*Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card via PayPal.

4. How long does it take to receive my orders?

If items ordered are ready in stock, we will prepare your parcel upon receiving your payment and post your parcel out to you the following day.
It will then take about 1-2 working days for your parcel to reach you.
If items that you have ordered are either sold out or not in-stock, approx waiting time will be about 7-10 working days. At times there may be instances of delayed shipments due to some unforeseen circumstances and we apologize for any inconveniences caused.

5. What is the cost for registered mail?

For registered mail, there will be an additional charge of $2.50 per parcel.
Singapore Post assumes liability.

6. Can I request for self collection?

We apologize that we do not have self collection/meet up service.

7. What are the charges for international orders?

(Estimated delivery within 10-16 working days to major cities of the world)~

For both local and international orders, Gloria-licious will not be responsible for deliveries lost in transition.
  However, we are partnered with a reputable delivery service provider to ensure quality service for you.

8. Apart from the prices stated on the website, are there any other additional charges?

For customers in Singapore, all prices are exclusive of local postage/delivery charges. Postage charges ranges from $0.50-$1.50 per apparel and will be advised in your invoice.
However, at Gloria-licious, if payment is made within 3 days, postage charges will be free of charge.
If you are using the shopping cart on our website, your postage will be free of charge too.

9. What happens after I send in my order via the order form?

After sending in your order form, you will receive an email from us within the next 24 hours.
Hence, do keep a lookout for our email. Sometimes our email may be misplaced into your junk mail boxes so please check your junk mail boxes as well to ensure that you receive our email.

Upon receiving our invoice, kindly check through the details and you may then proceed to make payment.

Once payment is made and payment verified, your parcel will be prepared and will be posted out to you.

10. Why is it that I still do not receive an email/invoice after so long?


Please check your junk/spam mailboxes to see if our email has been misplaced in the folder.
If you still do not see our email, kindly re-send your order and keep a lookout for our email within the next 24 hours.

11. What does the different status (in-stock, arriving soon, etc) mean?

In-stock - Meaning items are available, ready in-stock. Item is ready to be mailed out to you as soon as we receive your payment.
Arriving Real Soon! - Arriving in Singapore in approximately 3-7 days
Arriving soon! - Arriving in Singapore in approximately 8-14 days
Sold out! - For Sold out items, they will be removed from the website soon. There will be no replenishment hence customers please do not place order for sold out items J
No Status - Items without status are usually items that are not available in stock. It may be because all the in-stocks has been sold/reserved by other customers. Items without status are still available for order, approx waiting time will be about 7-10 working days.
