1. Orders will only be processed after payment is received.

2. No cancellation or amendments once we process your orders

3. Seek clarification through email before you confirming your order to avoid disappointment or any misunderstanding.

4. No Exchange/Refund

5. Pre-order, items will arrive in estimated 2-4 weeks (provided no delay from the supplier) unless otherwise stated

6. Choice of colors stated for a product is used to gather information for your order. Please refer to the picture itself for the acutal color you are expecting. If any doubts, please clarify before confirming order. No claim of refund/exchange because of color description not matchig with the actual piece.

7. Color of the acutal piece might be slightly different from the photo seen on the website due to diffent computer display, lighting or other effects on the photo. No claim of refund/exchange because of such color difference.

8. For all the measurements stated, please allow 2-3cm difference from your self measurements due to various ways of measuring. No claim of refund/exchange because of sizing problem.

9. Refund would only be given if your order is out of stock

10. Prices stated are exclusive of shipping charges.

Normal Mail

We would like to bring to your attention that we will not responsible for any lost mails for normal mails

If you still want to opt for normal mail, you may like to opt for CERTIFICATE OF POSTING (COP) . An additional $0.20 is payable. This C.O.P is a proof from SINGPOST that we have indeed mailed out your item, this is for the benefit of both buyer and seller.

Registered mail

Package will be delivered directly to the address doorstep by Singpost postman. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip behind in the address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. Registered mail postage is additional $2.50 to normal mail postage.

For International Orders

All international orders will be sent by Singapore SpeedPost Air Parcel.

Delivery:

Normal mail or Registered mail only.

$0.70 - $1.50 per top( postage charges fluctuates according to weight of parcel )

$2.50 - $3.00 per bag ( postage charges will be advised in your invoice )

Alternatively, you can add an additional of S$2.50 for registered mail. $2.50 is a one off fixed charge for registered postage that is constant regardless of number of items bought at each time.

FOR EXAMPLE:
ITEM COST $30
IT WILL BE $30 + $1.50 = $31.50 (NORMAL POSTAGE)
$30+$1.50 + $2.50 = $33.74 (REGISTERED POSTAGE)

Please note that all parcels will only be delivered ASAP. Please allow for 3 working days before item will reach you.
